Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about joining and growing with us.

How do I become a member of True Trust MPCS?
Simply visit our office at 100 UTI Road, off PTI Road, Effurun-Warri with 2 and passport photographs. You'll fill a registration form and pay a one-time registration fee of ₦10,000. You can start saving immediately.
What is the minimum amount I can save?
There is no fixed minimum. We believe in "Soft Wealth"—starting small and growing consistently. Some members save as little as ₦500 weekly, we allow monthly savings too. The key is consistency, not the amount.
How soon can I access a loan after joining?
Members become eligible for loans 2x their first loan after six (6) months of consistent savings, and 3x for subsequent loans for period of 6 months or 12 months @ 10 percent interest. With flexible repayment terms agreed upon collectively.
How does the Transport Return scheme work?
Members contribute to a dedicated transport fund. The cooperative purchases commercial vehicles which are assigned to qualified member-drivers. The driver pays an agreed daily/weekly remittance. Profits are shared annually among contributing members as "Transport Return" dividends.
Can I withdraw my savings at any time?
Yes, but we encourage members to give at least two weeks' notice for significant withdrawals. This helps the cooperative manage liquidity. Emergency withdrawals are always considered on a case-by-case basis.
Is my money safe with True Trust MPCS?
Absolutely. True Trust MPCS is a registered Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society with the Delta State Government. We operate under strict cooperative bylaws, maintain transparent records, and hold regular AGMs where every member can review the financial statements.
